Dr. Dennis Ward is native to this area. He has called Orlando home since 1953 and he attended local grammar and high schools.

He received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Southern Missionary College, Collegedale, Tennessee in 1972. From there, he attended and graduated from Loma Linda School of Medicine, receiving an MD degree in 1976. A straight general surgical internship led to the completion of a general surgical residency. He spent that time with the USPHS Hospital Baltimore, Maryland Shock Trauma Unit.

Dr. Ward has been a practicing physician in the state of Florida since 1981. He trained in the specialty of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Florida (Shand's Hospital) and completed his senior fellowship in 1983. Since then, he has moved back to the Central Florida area where he has been practicing Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery exclusively since that time.

With nearly thirty years of experience, Dr. Ward has developed a practice with a special interest in the cosmetic side of plastic surgery. He currently limits his practice to this area.
